Returns
Most of our items are custom printed or embroidered on demand, which means they are created specifically for you after you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong item or color
Please double-check the size chart, color options, and product details before placing your order. We provide detailed descriptions and visuals to help you choose with confidence.
In the future, if we offer non-custom items (such as pre-made accessories or printed goods), those products will be clearly marked as eligible for return and the return window and conditions will be listed on their individual product pages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is incorrect due to our error, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
We do not refund orders due to user error, including incorrect addresses, sizing choices, or unclaimed shipments.
Repeated Refund Requests
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel future orders from customers who abuse our return/refund policy or make repeated claims without valid cause. This is to protect our small business and ensure we can continue serving the STAY community fairly.
Custom Items Disclosure
All apparel and accessories listed as “custom printed” or “made to order” in the product description are final sale, unless defective or incorrect.
